A Mac's take on the NEIPA (New England-style IPA), brewed to be lower in bitterness than traditional IPAs, but still very generously hopped, both in the brewhouse and dry-hopped in fermentation, with an emphasis on producing juicy, tropical fruit flavours. The large amount of dry-hopping is also what gives the beer its hazy appearance. And at 5.2% ABV it makes for a very sessionable brew.

Mac's Slim Hazy is a Hazy IPA brewed to be low in carbs but still full in flavour. Slim Hazy uses Citra and Simcoe hops in the brewhouse and again for dry-hopping, this gives the beer both the right level of bitterness as well as up-front flavour and aroma. Mac's Slim Hazy has notes of passionfruit, pine and stone fruit. Overall, an easy drinking, very session-able IPA.

Mac's Three Wolves is an elaborate Pale Ale, bursting with citrus and tropical notes & a well-balanced bitterness. Inspired by the Latin name for Hops, Humulus Lupulus, which translates into 'Wolf of the Woods', Mac's Three Wolves Pale Ale features US hops Simcoe and Amarillo, as well as local hero Nelson Sauvin. Three hops, three wolves, one very tasty Pale Ale. The trans-Pacific trifecta of hops will really give your tastebuds something to howl about.

Mac's TOO EASY is a JUICY Hazy Pale Ale brewed to be BIG and JUICY in flavour but to be exceptionally smooth and EASY drinking.

This is an easy drinking but bold hazy IPA using the best of NZ hops. Leading the hops is the famous Motueka from Clayton Hops which provides citrus characters supported by Wai-iti from NZ hops to balance it out providing subtle apricot and peach characters. As self-confessed bogans we have an attraction to black. The key to creating a silky death metal monster like Blacktop is the caramelised Golden naked Oats we've built it around. Sophisticates will detect the chocolate and coffee notes of creamy tiramisu. The rest of us will note that it matches our jeans.

This pickup is loaded with notes of papaya, nectarines, citrus and melon, with some bitterness in the backend for a full and balanced ride.

Pilsner is famously Czech in origin, but here we've gone for a South Pacific hop profile in keeping with the people who brew it and drink it. Passionfruit, grapefruit and sauvignon blanc characters abound, stacked up on a robust malt base that's partly German, partly Kiwi.

XPA means Extra Pale, a product of Quickchange's lighter malt base. That delicate colour though is undercut by a glorious hit of alpha oils from Mosaic, Galaxy and Citra hops. Sometimes you don't want your mouth flayed raw and your liver worked to a standstill. Sometimes a few luscious notes of mango, guava, lychee and pineapple can be just the thing.
