After distillation with 12 delicious botanicals, led by native lemon myrtle, orange peel and juniper, they steep Ink Gin with the unusual and specially prepared butterfly pea flower, which releases it's natural floral 'ink' and a soft green tea flavour. Normally used in herbal tea, the flower is pH sensitive, mixing from indigo to blush pink when you add tonic water, lemon or lime, to make the world's most beautiful drinks.
