This beer is a tribute to the Matron Saint of Emerson's. Richard's Mum, Ingrid. Without her belief, patience, and tolerance, Emerson's Brewery wouldn't be here today. Ingrid had a soft spot for German style wheat beers, and we know she would have loved this one. Weizenbock is a dark beer, bringing wheat and malt together for a toasty, bready, rich brew. It's warming, sweet, spicy, and surprisingly strong. Just like Ingrid.

Warning, You're dangerously close to a bear. So, now is a good time to study up on the famous Three Bear Rule. If it's brown, lay down. If it's black, fight back. If it's tangelo, say hello. Lucky for you, this Juicy Bear is the latter. An IPA brewed with Citra, Motueka and Galaxy hops, then infused with copious amounts of natural tangelo extract, for a full citrus overload. This Southern IPA is the ultimate southern collaboration, the World's southernmost hops, grown under the regular glow of the southern lights, then brewed even further south. This Hazy IPA was brewed by the women of Emerson's to celebrate International Women's Day. So it's no surprise it was made with passion. Two kinds of passion, in fact. Fresh passionfruit juice and Abstrax Skyfarer Passionfruit went into the brew with Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe hops. It's intensely tart, tangy and fruity. The kind of flavour you'll feel strongly about. Passionate, even.

This Pacific Pilsner has been dry-hopped with NZ and US hops to make it super-tasty, while it's light body and crisp finish make it super-refreshing. At just 4% ABV, and 40% lower in carbs, you can feel slightly-smug, too.
