Matured with a strong influence of American oak, this whisky brings together ripe apricots, vanilla, biscuits and honey-glazed apples, with gentle notes of cinnamon and cloves adding warmth. Its creamy palate opens sweet with vanilla and honey, followed by cinnamon-spiced apples, mint and macadamia nuts. A lightly drying finish lets the lingering spices fade into a final touch of grainy pear.
