Tamdhu Quercus Alba Distinction celebrates the remarkable influence of first-fill American oak Oloroso sherry casks, from the forests of North America to the renowned sherry bodegas of Spain. Crafted through years of careful seasoning and maturation, these exceptional casks impart rich fruit character and a radiant natural amber hue to Tamdhu's signature Speyside spirit. Warming notes of cinnamon, vanilla, citrus and cherry lead into a luscious palate of plum, dates and chocolate, before a lingering finish of sweet fruit and decadent syrup sponge leaves a lasting impression.

Tamdhu 12 Year Old is a rich and silky Speyside single malt that reflects the distillery's unwavering commitment to 100% Oloroso sherry oak maturation. Crafted exclusively in first-fill and refill American and European oak casks sourced from Jerez, Spain. On the nose, it opens with inviting notes of iced cinnamon rolls, orange sweets, and raisins over fresh oak. The palate is smooth and generous, unfolding layers of banana, berry jam, and malt biscuit wrapped in classic sherry richness, before leading into a long, balanced finish of dried fruit, gentle spice, and soft Scottish tablet, with a subtle whisper of peat smoke at the close.

Tamnavulin Double Cask is the perfect introduction to their signature Speyside single malt whiskies: sweet, smooth and fruity, with notes of orchard fruits, creamy toffee and Crème Brûlée. Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks, adding smoothness to their sweet, fruity spirit. Then, when the time is right, the whisky is finished in seasoned sherry casks. Amber gold in the glass, where rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes meet the nose. On the palate fresh, mellow with pear creamy peaches and pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar.

Tamnavulin Sherry Cask Edition is a rich and indulgent single malt that showcases the distillery's signature smoothness with an added layer of depth. Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks to develop a soft, mellow character, it is then finished in hand-selected sherry casks from esteemed cooperages in southern Spain. The result is a whisky with a warm amber gold hue and a rich flavour profile. On the nose, expect notes of vanilla, caramel, banana, and a touch of sweet milk chocolate with fresh ginger. The palate unfolds in layers of maple syrup, raisin, and orange, rounded out with hints of apricot and melon.

Teacher's Highland Cream blended Scotch combines both grain and malt whisky. The rich malt content, sourced from the Ardmore Distillery, gives Teacher's its smoky spine and signature smooth, creamy taste.

Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours - nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.

Aged in traditional oak casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks which result in a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.

To create The Balvenie PortWood 21 year old single malt whisky, a marriage of rare Balvenie is transferred to port casks, or pipes, which have held fine port wines. Here it is sampled regularly by The Balvenie Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE to ensure that just the right amount of character is imparted by the port casks, enhancing and developing the single malt whilst preserving its original characteristics.

Full Flight is the final expression of The Cardrona Single Malt Whisky coming of age. Aged for seven years in a marriage of specially selected ex-Oloroso Sherry butts and ex-Bourbon barrels, Full Flight is decadently rich and delivered at natural cask strength. Dark fruits on the nose, and sticky treacle in the mouth. Opens with water.
